A figure in standing yoga pose at sunrise, mountains in the distance

Tokyo · Yoyogi

A small studio. A slow practice.

Three rooms above a tea shop in Yoyogi. We teach Hatha as a daily weather, not a performance — six to twelve students at a time, never more.

Philosophy

The body asks; we listen.

Hana follows the classical Hatha tradition — pranayama at the start, deliberate asana through the middle, a long savasana at the end. Each class follows the same shape. The weather inside changes.

There is no leaderboard, no class ranking, no level-up. We meet the body where it is, every time.

Classes

Four rooms, one practice.

What students say.

Hana taught me what it means to be patient with the body. I have not missed a Wednesday morning in two years.

The Hakone retreat reset my whole year. Small, quietly held, and beautifully designed at every detail.

S. K.

My back, by my fifth session, was no longer a daily problem. I am grateful.
