Philosophy
Practice begins where forcing ends. We move slowly, attend to the breath, and let the posture meet us where we are today — not where we were yesterday or hope to be tomorrow.
Each class follows a quiet arc: arrival, pranayama, asana, surrender. Same shape, different weather, every time.
